Bird advocate weighs in on stray cat problem in Athens
ATHENS — After an Athens resident went before the Village Board a couple of months ago to complain about the number of stray and feral cats in Brick Row - and to see what the village could do about it - cat advocates from AnimalKind in Hudson came forward to offer their help with spaying and neutering cats through their TNR program, or Trap/Neuter/Release.
