Skating fans work on strategy to save beloved rink

ENGLEWOOD — Jeanne Hopewell and Philip Vogel have been meeting at the Mackay Park ice rink to get some exercise and talk politics every Friday for so many years, they can no longer remember when their weekly ritual began.
