McClory: Fishermen should stay off the ice due to warm weather

According to the weatherperson, unseasonably warm temperatures are again expected this week. I thought that the last few days might finally be cold enough to get some fishable ice on some of the smaller local ponds because, after all, it is January! What does this mean to an avid outdoorsman?
